North Wood offers two 1-bedroom apartment floor plans - the 1-bedroom patio and the 1-bedroom balcony. While both provide unusual quite and comfort, the 1-bedroom balcony apartment offers somewhat larger living room and bedroom areas.

Our 1-bedroom apartments feature wall-to-wall carpet, a/c, large closets, a patio or balcony, and all-electric kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator and stove/oven. Vertical blinds are provided for the large living room window.

Included in the rent are hot and cold water, parking, trash and recycling collection fees, and 24-hour maintenance service.

Currently, our 1-bedroom patio apartment rents for $830/month; the 1-bedroom balcony apartment rents for $905/month.
